Blackjack Rules: Four-deck shoe. 3:2 payout applies to
natural Blackjack only (eg, getting a jack, etc. after splitting
aces - or an ace after splitting tens - is considered soft 21
and is paid 1:1 unless dealer reaches 21, which is a push).
Split any pair of equal value (eg 10,J). Unlimited splitting.
Double any two cards, even after split. Dealer stands on all 17.
